These services include budgeting, planning, finance, procurement, human resources, travel, learning and development, duty of care, legal and administrative policy advice and general administration. The EO is OCHA’s key interlocutor with the Department of Management, Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) and Department of Operational Support (DOS) and leads on a number of UN-wide reform initiatives, including the mobility framework and the Enterprise Resources Planning solution UMOJA, which has the potential to harmonize, streamline and simplify administrative and business process.
