OCT (OCHA Contributions Tracking) is a database OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO OCHA AND THE POOLED FUNDS IT MANAGES.
OCT is a key tool to support OCHA’s fundraising strategy. It tracks all funding agreements and pledge letters for donor funding to OCHA’s activities and pooled funds, through the announcement of the contribution, through signature to payment, and acts as a repository for all related documents.
The data base is integrated with other internal and external systems to generate comprehensive reports useful for analysis on past, current and future donor contributions and in some reports can combine information related to budget and income.
The database generates immediate reports on donors (funding trends, etc).
OCT mobile is a web-based application that reads information from OCT database. Currently the application is showing the funding status of OCHA and donor contributions to OCHA. The information provided is public.
